Blueberry Yogurt Pops (Quick and Easy!)

Before I start, I got this recipe from:

However, maybe it’s just me nit-picking, but I didn’t think the recipe page did itself justice! Yes, yes it’s incredibly easy to follow, but it just didn’t feel legit to me. It’s a recipe page, and it does itself justice at that. So I guess you could take this as a reinterpretation of the recipe itself.


1 cup of blueberries (I suggest local, however– it’s not berry season left and we did have a bag of frozen from Trader Joes)
1 cup of plain yogurt (or flavored, I used vanilla bean)
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 tablespoons of sugar

1 cup of Greek yogurt (I used Cabot's Vanilla bean), 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla (isn't that an awesome bottle?) and a cup of blueberries.

How to:
 Combine all of the ingredients in a blender until it is well blended.
 Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze in the freezer.
Remove the popsicle from the mold.

Mix all of the ingredients, I used a hand-mixer.

(Take time to breathe now, the blueberries have stopped attacking your shirt).

Add to molds, and stick in freezer!


Finally you wait for the blueberry pops to freeze; then dig in (maybe repeat).
